Zagreb's Hippodrome: Ed Sheeran’s Concert in August

World - renowned pop musician Ed Sheeran will give a concert on 10 August this year at Zagreb’s Hippodrome as part of his tour entitled + - = ÷ x (Mathematics). Young British musician Calum Scott was announced as a special guest.

The fact that as much as 80 percent of the tickets was sold on the very first day proves there is a strong interest for the performance of Ed Sheeran in Zagreb.

The concert is part of the European tour which started last year but which was interrupted with a series of concerts in Asia earlier this year. Now it returns to the Old Continent.

The tour of the British musician who has sold more than 150 million records, started in 2022, and its end is scheduled for autumn this year.

It is interesting that the concerts held in North America had a record-high number of visitors. The record was reached in multiple concerts at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the concert of Ed Sheeran was attended by the highest number of visitors ever.

In addition to performing at several concerts, in 2023 Sheeran also released two albums, Substract and the most recent, seventh album Autumn Variations. Both reached the top of the charts and were praised both by music critics and fans around the world.
