58th Edition of Floraart: A Flower for a Better World
Do you like flowers? For a number of those who will confirm this, Floraart is an indispensable place and time to meet. Pleasure is guaranteed!
The International Garden Exhibition Floraart will be held for the 58th time this year, and this year’s motto is “A Flower for a Better World”.
In the period between 29th May and 2nd June in the area of the wonderful and spacious Bundek Park 150 Croatian and 8 foreign exhibitors will present their work.
Floraart is the largest gardening event in this part of Europe, which introduces Zagreb in the circle of cities with a developed gardening tradition. This will be a chance both for flower lovers but also experts to find out about current trends in landscape gardening, see new ideas in garden and green patches design, flower arrangements, plant production and garden machinery.
In addition to a special offer of flowers and seedlings, there are also traditional, interesting lectures and workshops organised during Floraart. Attractive competitions such as the traditional Croatian Florist Cup and flower arranging competition for high school students will also take place.
At the very heart of Zagreb, in Petar Preradović Square, which is nicknamed Flower Square by the citizens for a reason, there will be an attractive flower installation from 20 to 26 May inviting everyone to Floraart.
