In the very heart of Zagreb, at one of its most recognizable and magnificent places – King Tomislav Square – this summer you can once again experience Zagreb Classic, an event that traditionally combines music, art and the magic of the open sky into an unforgettable experience for all generations.

Top musicians on a unique stage

From 19 June to 2 July 2025, the Zagreb Summer Stage will host some of the best world and Croatian musicians, including renowned orchestras, soloists and conductors. The event offers an impressive repertoire – from masterpieces of classical music, opera arias and ballet pieces, to contemporary orchestral interpretations that delight both music connoisseurs and those just discovering the beauty of classical music.

Thanks to this exceptional combination of quality and accessibility, Zagreb Classic attracts not only citizens of Zagreb and visitors from all over Croatia, but also tourists from all over the world.

Art accessible to everyone

Entry to all programs is free and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – perfect for families, romantic evenings, cultural enthusiasts and music lovers of all ages. On the lawn in front of the Art Pavilion under the open sky, with ambient lighting and the city’s sounds in the background, Zagreb Classic creates a special experience that goes beyond the concert hall.

Zagreb Classic open air has been held since 2016, and among artists and music lovers it enjoys the cult status, further reinforced by this year’s edition.

Welcome!

Visitors are encouraged to bring their own refillable water bottles to the festival venue. Water filling stations, known as Zagrebački Franceki, are located on Strossmayer Square and King Tomislav Square.

Rehearsals will be held on June 18 and 21 in the early evening at Trg kralja Tomislava for the next day’s performance. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program. In case of bad weather conditions, the events are cancelled. Admission to all concerts is free.

Francesco Meli
Francesco Meli, born in 1980 in Genoa, Italy, is a highly respected Italian opera tenor known for his mastery of belcanto and superb performances of Verdi’s repertoire.
Julian Rachlin

Audrey Saint Gil
